Anna Faris Re-Signs With CAA

Two years after leaving for WME, Anna Faris is returning to CAA. She had previously left the agency to follow her agent.

The comedic actress is best known for starring in four of the five films in the “Scary Movie” franchise, the horror spoof series that poked fun at the genre. She was also the voice of Sam Sparks in Columbia Pictures’ adaptation of “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs” and its sequel.

She’ll next be seen in Broken Road Production’s “Vacation Friends” opposite Chris Pratt. The comedy follows a couple who meets up with another couple while on vacation in Mexico, but their friendship takes an awkward turn when they get back home. She’s also developing a project with Paramount about a woman whose new roommate turns into her stalker.
