Field pitches, identify trends, and help establish the strategic development goals for the Comedy department. Oversee the development of internal formats, from initial idea or concept through to creation of episodic bible.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing the DoD’s calendar, expenses, intra-department and external communications, travel coordination, and other general administrative support.
Rolling and initiating calls, filing, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing, and submitting expense reports, and taking meeting notes.
Methodically monitor the progress of films and television projects, ensuring all pertinent details are accurately recorded and communicated.
Manage the production prep and wrap process; including but not limited to onboarding production office teams and managing assets.
Multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity for thoughtful creative analysis.
Responsibilities encompass efficiently managing scheduling, rolling calls, facilitating the submission of materials for development and staffing considerations, and adeptly handling the calendars of both clients and managers.
Responsibilities will extend to meticulously tracking grids, breakdowns, and ongoing projects, while also orchestrating seamless client meetings.
