Just as her new movie Landline prepares to hit theaters, up-and-coming actress has landed a plum role in Paramount’s Transformers spinoff , the Tracking Board has learned.

Hailee Steinfeld and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. will play the two young leads in the film, which will co-star Rachel Crow from Deidra & Laney Rob a Train. Travis Knight (Kubo and the Two Strings) is directing from a script by Christina Hodson.

The Bumblebee movie is reportedly a Transformers prequel set in an earlier decade that centers around the yellow Autobot. It’s designed as the first in a series of spinoffs that will comprise the Transformers Cinematic Universe, which has grossed nearly $4 billion worldwide thus far.

Paramount is slated to release Bumblebee on June 8, 2018.

Quinn co-stars alongside Jenny Slate, Edie Falco and John Turturro in Gillian Robespierre’s Landline, which will be released on July 21 after premiering at Sundance earlier this year. Between that film and Bumblebee, she’s quickly becoming a young actress to watch.
