It turns out you can have too much of a good thing!
The evil scheduling masterminds at Netflix are giving fans of its original drama series only four days to binge-watch the new season of BLOODLINE before its flagship series House of Cards returns to the streaming service.
Bloodline is coming back on May 26, while House of Cards returns May 30. The latter is a Netflix show that I have to start watching as soon it’s available, which means that if I’m not finished watching Bloodline by then, it may be a couple weeks until I get around to it.
Now, I loved the first season of Bloodline, but the second season saw diminishing returns. Still, I chose to stick with the show through its rough patches, which is a true testament to the work of this exceptional cast. Kyle Chandler leads the perpetually sweaty ensemble, which includes Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, Norbert Leo Butz and Sissy Spacek.
Netflix has released the first teaser for the third and final season of this Florida Keys-set noir, which promises plenty of twists and turns as the Rayburn family’s past rears its ugly head. Take a look above, and make sure your Netflix subscription is in order come May.
