Season 2, Episodes 1-10 – Pete Holmes returns for another season of Crashing, the vaguely autobiographical story of how he broke into the comedy world.
Season 1, Episode 8 – In the season one finale, accompanied by his trusted advisor Artie Lang, Pete goes to an old friend’s baptism and finds he might have another chance at the life that was taken away from him.
Season 1, Episode 7 – Pete’s job at the Rachel Ray show is going great until he is contacted by a very unlikely person who threatens to derail his new career path. As it turns out, Leif is in the midst of his own marital woes, and they’re suddenly becoming Pete’s problem.
Season 1, Episode 6 – After all the suffering he’s gone through, Pete finally gets a break when Sarah Silverman puts him up as a warm-up comic’s understudy for the Rachel Ray show. When the comic has a nervous breakdown, Pete gets a chance to prove himself in the comedy world.
Season 1, Episode 5 – On this week’s episode, Pete takes his parents out to dinner for his mother’s birthday, and tries to maintain the illusion that he’s still married with Jess as not to disappoint them.
Season 1, Episode 4 – In this week’s episode, Pete learns a hard lesson in what it takes to get stage time in some of New York’s comedy clubs. Tasked with passing out fliers and driving in his own crowd to see him perform, Pete finds that the competition in NYC is all it’s been made out to be. Jermaine Fowler guest stars as a fellow comic forced with the menial task of what the insiders call “barking.”
Season 1, Episode 3 – Pete heads back up state with his new friend TJ Miller in tow, to stop his ex-wife Jess from selling off all their joint possessions in a yard sale. Finally getting a chance to confront Jess about how she has handled everything, Pete finds out a few truths about himself and the life he had.
Season 1, Episode 2 – Still reeling over his wife’s infidelity, Pete joins Artie for a road trip to Albany where he has the double job of MCing and making sure Artie stays away from all the free drugs and alcohol available to him. Things get complicated when a particular fan insists on partying with Artie, and Pete has to take extreme measures to get her away.
