Logline: Pitched as “House Bunny” meets “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, story centers on the newest addition to the Sigma Epsilon fraternity – a mysterious 20 year old foreign exchange student named Dimitri Vladescu (Dracula), who hides two very dark secrets — that he is actually 300 years old, and that he needs the blood of young teen girls to look young! But, not if the girls of Alpha Kappa have anything to say about it – as they use all of their collective movie and book smarts to save their school from Dracula, during the annual neighborhood Halloween costume festival complete with a group of local school kids trick or treating on sorority fraternity row.

Logline: Nearing the end of WWII, a team of Russian soldiers discover the journal of Dr. Frankenstein in a secret Nazi lab, and they use it to assemble an army of super soldiers from the body parts of their fallen comrades.

Logline: Recounts the classic love story of Romeo and Juliet through a hotheaded financial trader and an aristocratic woman, who happen to be a werewolf and a vampire, respectively.

Logline: When inner-city housing projects are invaded by a band of werewolves, an animal control officer named Abby Ruiz must join forces with a former cop-turned-landlord in Dexter Bullens to bring down these savages before the tear everyone to shreds!

Logline: When the police arrive at an abandoned desert gas station after a brutal massacre, they find no evidence at the crime scene except for some of the victim’s personal electronics, which include a video camera, a Flip-cam, and two cellphones. With nothing else to go on, a troubled detective must analyze and piece together the footage from the personal electronics in order to figure out what the hell happened and who the killer is.
