Based on a true story, the film follows police detective Tom Jensen and his 20-year hunt for Gary Ridgway, who was also known as the Green River Killer. Ridgway was convicted of 49 murders in the Seattle area during the ’80s and ’90s.
Logline: Centers on Black Kaiser, a master assassin forced out of retirement when he finds himself the target of a motley crew of new generation hitmen.
