Grandview is out with MAKE THE YULETIDE GAY by Mike Van Waes. A perpetually single man gets more than he bargained for when his family mistakes his dating app hookup for a wholesome new boyfriend.

Mike Van Waes is penning the script for the film, centered around the Crooked Man, a breakout character from The Conjuring 2, based on a story by universe architect James Wan.
