Logline: Based on the true story of a man who moves from suburban New Jersey with his family to Beijing, and along the way rediscovers his fondness for the guitar, forms a blues band called the “Woodie Alan,” and surprisingly becomes a hit sensation, touring all of Asia to sell out crowds.

Logline: After the unknown and surprising death of his father, a complacent and uninspiring math teacher inherits a rundown countryside carnival and its out-of-this-world attractions, including a mysterious house of horrors.

Logline: Plot is kept under wraps, but said to be a big time travel adventure that centers around a high school teacher and his students.

Logline: Said to be a parody take on the original. Story follows lifeguards that explore an oil rig off the Malibu coast that turns out to be a meth lab.
