One of the world’s most famous crime novelists may, once again, be headed to the big screen. Columbia is in development with an action-adventure take on Agatha Christie from writer Tom Shepherd.

Pitched as Sherlock Holmes meets The Thomas Crown Affair, finds a young, adventurous Agatha Christie joining Sir Arthur Conan Doyle on a mission to track down the whereabouts of a missing oil tycoon.

Logline: Centers on Henry Lebash, who created and coached a wrestling team comprised of only blind members at the Missouri School for the Blind in 1956.

Logline: After a pushover insurance salesman has a near death experience, he decides to go balls out.

Logline: To save his job, an over the hill insurance salesman convinces his skeptical friend to go on one last Boondoggle (an all-expense paid company trip) to a tropical resort in order to land a big client. Unfortunately, as soon as they arrive, their bosses back at home are arrested in an Enron like scandal forcing the two to experience the island paradise without the company credit card.

Logline: A widowed wife takes a closer look t the suspicious circumstances surrounding her husband’s death and becomes convinced he is still alive.
