{TB EXCLUSIVE} Rob Herting Exits Verve for CAA

Talent agent Rob Herting is leaving his position at Verve in favor of CAA. After leaving WME to start his career at Verve as an assistant, Herting was promoted to talent agent in March of 2011 and has been on the rise ever since. As an agent, Herting has been especially successful representing spec writers and in 2013 became the top agent for discovering new talent. He represented the most writers as an individual on the 2013 Hit List and the 2013 Young and Hungry List with six and eight writers repped, respectively. Herting is exiting in favor of one of the largest and most well respected agencies in the business who represent everyone from Rosamund Pike and Lena Headey to George Clooney and Brad Pitt.
