Congratulations to Paul McLalin on signing with Kathy Muraviov of The Muraviov Company!

The comedian/writer is the fourteenth TB Recommends Alumn to sign, meaning that all fourteen TB Recommends writers have landed representation. McLalin is also the 65th Launch Pad Alumni to sign. We can’t wait to see what’s next in store for this talented young writer.

McLalin’s hilarious Launch Pad feature You’re Dead To Me jettisoned him to becoming the fourteenth TB Recommends writer. The dark comedy follows a work-obsessed young woman with a sketchy past who accidentally kills her date, enlisting the help of her slacker neighbor to cover up the murder — but the plan gets complicated when the date’s scorned wife shows up. The script has now hit the market on spec from The Muraviov Co.

McLalin has written for the CBS Diversity Showcase, PA’ed for season two of Comedy Central’s Review, and wrote stand-up for a nationally touring comedian. He’s currently a writer for the second season of Comedy Central’s animated sketch show TripTank, which is set to return later this year.

As for upcoming projects, McLalin’s working on a comedy pilot entitled Earth Speaks and a pitch for a feature length, R-rated comedy project.
