Abraham Higginbotham, co-executive producer for “Modern Family,” has entered into a two-year development deal with 20th Century Fox TV. The scribe, who also worked on “Arrested Development” and “Will & Grace,” will be upped to executive producer on the Emmy-winning series.

Julie Anne Robinson has entered into a one-year deal with ABC Studios. The “Suburgatory” helmer has signed on for development and blind directing duties. She has also worked on “The Middle” for the network and went behind the lens for the upcoming pilot “How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life).”
