Matthew Settle, Kelly Osbourne and Alexis Knapp have all signed on to star in the upcoming Miley Cyrus comedy SO UNDERCOVER. Project, which follows private investigator turned sorority girl, Cyrus, is set to be directed by Tom Vaughan (What Happens In Vegas).
