Aaron Paul has joined the cast of FATHERS AND DAUGHTERS alongside Russell Crowe and Amanda Seyfried. The story follows a famous New York novelist (Crowe) raising his daughter (Seyfried) as a single father and how their dynamics and relationships change as she grows into an adult. There’s no word on what specific role Paul will play.
Brad Desch wrote the script that Gabriele Muccino (“Playing For Keeps”) will direct. Producing will be Sheryl Clarke, Craig J. Flores and Nicolas Chartier.
Paul is probably best known for appearing in a show that no one watched called “Point Pleasant.” What’s that? He’s in an incredibly popular show? Are you referring to HBO’s “Big Love?” No, weird. Oh-OH yeah he was in “Breaking Bad” too. Whatever when we look back at his career it’s gonna be all about “Point Pleasant” and that one time he appeared on “Veronica Mars” or maybe the “The Price Is Right.” Trust me.
Anyhow, on the film front he last appeared in the underrated “Smashed” and he’ll soon show up in “Decoding Annie Parker” and “Need for Speed.”
He is repped by UTA.
