After sharing the screen together in Just Go With It, and are set to star in the action comedy at Netflix, the Tracking Board has exclusively learned.

The project used to be in at TWC-Dimension with Anne Fletcher directing from a script by James Vanderbilt, but we now hear it’s set up at the streaming service, which is in talks with Kyle Newacheck (Game Over, Man!) to direct.

Sandler will play a NYC cop who finally takes his wife (Aniston) on a long promised European trip. A chance meeting on the flight gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the Super Yacht of elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince. When Quince is murdered, they become the prime suspects in a modern day whodunit.

Sandler recently earned raves for his performance in Netflix’s The Meyerowitz Stories, and he next stars opposite Chris Rock in the The Week Of, which debuts on the streaming service next month. Sandler has also been eyed to replace Jonah Hill as the lead in the Safdie brothers’ next film Uncut Gems, but he hasn’t officially signed on at this time. He’s represented by and .

Aniston recently wrapped the indie comedy Dumplin’ and will soon be seen in the war drama The Yellow Birds, which she also executive produced. The Friends star is also prepping an Apple series with Reese Witherspoon. She’s repped by and .

Just Go With It earned more than $200 million worldwide, so the surely expensive Sandler-Aniston pairing is likely worth it for Netflix, as the film seems like catnip for its Sandler-loving subscribers.
