Chase Palmer will make his directorial debut directing his own original script about a young wife (Seyfried) whose premonition about a pending disaster saves her husband (James), but puts her under suspicion when an explosion entombs a group of miners. Worse, her visions point to a sinister force at work inside the mountain.

Seyfried, known for both her acting and singing abilities, has had a steady stream of work since breakout role in Mean Girls, starring in recent films such as Lovelace, A Million Ways to Die in the West, and While We’re Young. This year will be no exception, she has wrapped work on the sets of Father’s and Daughters, Ted 2, and Pan, and will soon begin work on Let It Snow and Will Ferrell’s The Social Life.
James crashed onto the Hollywood scene with his role in the 2014 Blockbuster Divergent opposite Shialene Woodley. Aside from reprising his role in the subsequent three films, James will also star in Franny, London Fields, and Jim Sheridan’s The Secret Scripture.
