Amazon is moving forward with its financial negotiations for Griffin Creech’s DESIRED MOMENTS, starring Kristen Wiig. Commercial director Tom Kuntz is attached to helm, with Michael London and Janice Williams producing for Groundswell Productions.
Desired Moments follows Joe, a TV station employee who discovers a website that grants wishes. Once the money is sorted out, they are looking to lock down their male lead as soon as possible. This will be one of the first film productions from Amazon. Ted Hope was brought on board recently for this specific purpose.
Wiig can be seen in the recent indie The Diary of a Teenage Girl, and the upcoming blockbuster The Martian.
Kuntz and Creech have worked together before, co-writing the 2007 Black List script, The 37th Dimension.
