The film is based on Ashton and Page’s off-screen romance, and centers on a man and woman (Ashton and Page) who realize they are perfect for each other, even though their falling in love could not come at a more inopportune time. There’s no word on what role LaPaglia will take in the pic, which also stars Mark Harelik, Mimi Rogers, Danielle Panabaker and Beth Stelling.
Pierce Cravens, Ian Keiser, Leigh Jones and Lije Sarki are producing.
LaPaglia was last in the films “Crazy Kind of Love”, “Mental” and “Overnight” and will next be seen in “A Good Marriage.”
He is repped by ICM.
