Sarah Snook is in talks to join the cast of Lionsgate’s THE GLASS CASTLE based Jeanette Walls’s best-selling memoir about her life in a nomadic family with an alcoholic father and unbalanced mother.
The Beautiful Lie star is eyeing the role of Jeanette’s sister. Brie Larson is set to star as Jeanette with Naomi Watts and Woody Harrelson as the parents. The cast also includes Max Greenfield as Jeanette’s husband.
Short Term 12 director Destin Daniel Cretton is set to direct and is also writing the script with Andrew Lanham and Marti Noxon. Gill Netter and Erik Feig will serve as producers.
Snook’s film credits include Steve Jobs and The Dressmaker starring Kate Winslet. She also has a role in the family film Oddball and the Penguins and is attached to star in the forthcoming crime thriller, The Second Coming.
