WELCOME TO WILLITS has put together its cast with Bill Sage, Dolph Lundgren, Anastasia Baranova, and Sabina Gadecki. The film is adapted from the 2015 short film Welcome To Willits: After Sundown.
The sci-fi/horror film follows a local farmer who is caught up with a wayward group of campers. The situation quickly escalates into carnage as he struggles to maintain his sanity while defending his family from perceived supernatural threats.
Rory Culkin, Thomas Dekker, Chris Zylk, Garrett Clayton, Karrueche Tran, and Keelin Woodell make up the supporting cast.
The original short starred Mark Webber and Theresa Palmer but the pair dropped out due to scheduling conflicts.
Trevor Ryan is directing with a script from his brother Tim Ryan. Producers are Jordan Yale Levine, Scott Levenson, Jon Keeyes, and Shaun Sanghani while Matthew Helderman, Luke Taylor, Joe Listhaus, Michael Rothstein, and Brandon Baker executive producing. Event Film Distribution is handling worldwide sales.
Sage has appeared in Elementary, White Collar, and is best known for appearing in We Are What We Are and American Psycho.
He is repped by Brio Entertainment and Ellipsis Entertainment Group.
