BloodList 2015 is upon us, and this year, the list is filled with monsters, babysitters, possessions, alien invasions, and murder.
Founded in 2009 by literary manager and producer Kailey Marsh, BloodList compiles a list of the best screenplays in the ‘dark’ genres–including horror, thriller, dark comedy, and science fiction–as voted on by industry professionals. Previous entrants include Black Swan, Buried, and Chronicle. So without further ado, here is BloodList 2015, and be sure to read our exclusive interview with BloodList creator Kailey Marsh.

Genre: Horror
Logline: Having moved into a “clean house” to treat his auto-immune disorder, 11-year-old Eli begins to believe that the house is haunted. Unable to leave, Eli soon realizes that the house, and the doctor who runs it, are more sinister than they appear.

What Linda doesn’t know is that this blow seems to have given Charlie visions that feel eerily true, and in this world, the truth is more likely to get you killed than set you free.
