Britt Robertson and Naomi Scott are both testing for the remaining lead role in TOMORROWLAND, alongside George Clooney, Hugh Laurie and Raffey Cassidy. The super secret project is rumored to revolve around a teen, an inventor (Clooney) and a kid robot (Cassidy) trying to save a place called Tomorrowland. The two ladies are vying for the role of Casey Newton aka the teenager. They will be undergoing a full makeup run through on set in July.
Damon Lindelof, Jeff Jenson and director Brad Bird collaborated on the script.
Robertson last appeared in “The First Time” and “Scream 4”. She’ll be seen this summer on the CBS limited series “Under The Dome.”
Scott is best known for the failed dinosaur show “Terra Nova.”
