The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, detailed global travel itineraries and will also be working closely with the studio’s development, casting, and production teams.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will initiate, develop and implement high level administrative coordination and support including calendar and phone management, written correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, maintaining contacts and distribution lists, research/special projects, expense report preparation, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for artist representation and open to considering the agent path. Additionally, the assistant is willing to immerse themselves, potentially take on larger opportunities (i.e. pitching, submitting on breakdowns, script coverage), and clearly able to communicate with agents, executives, clients, peers etc.
