Smith’s manuscript THE FOURTH COURIER is described as A Most Wanted Man meets Bridge of Spies, and is a current Top 10 Finalist in the 2017 Launch Pad Manuscript Competition.
Lampert’s script I Love College is described as Greek meets Mean Girls, and it generated considerable buzz from the 2017 Launch Pad Pilots Competition, where it placed in the Top 25.

Over half of this year’s Top 25 come from female authors, and a handful are written by authors hailing from countries abroad. From fantastical young adult fare to sci-fi adventure epics, the Top 25 manuscripts feature an array of genres, ranging from rom-coms to dark comedies to the darkest of thrillers.
Half of this year’s Top 50 manuscripts come from female authors, and over 25 percent from writers abroad. This year’s Top 50 also features a wide range of genres, with everything from fantasy and thrillers, to period dramas and comedic sci-fi.
