The FIFTY SHADES OF GREY rumor carousel continues to turn as word on the street is that Charlie Hunnam and Cara Delevingne are being eyed by the studio for the lead roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.
Emma Watson, Elizabeth Olsen, Mila Kunis, Kristen Stewart and Felicity Jones have all had their names thrown into the mix for Anastasia in one way or another as the rumors continue to swirl as to who will star in the adaptation of E.L. James’ erotic novel, which centers on a virgin who signs away her life to a wealthy businessman with a heavy sexual appetite.
James Schamus, Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti will be producing with James.
Hunnam, star of FX’s “Sons of Anarchy”, was last seen in the Guillermo del Toro pic “Pacific Rim” and will next be filming “Triple Nine.” He is repped by CAA.
Delevingne is a model whose only former credit is a supporting role in “Anna Karenina.”
