Daniel Craig and James Bond have tied the knot to make it at least five films together, as Craig has signed on to star in two more films following the November release of his third foray into the Bond world in “Skyfall”.
Craig, who has added a grounded, and perhaps more brutal chapter to the Bond franchise has fast become a fan favorite of the franchise. Of course, tie that together with the fact that the talent both on the page (Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Paul Haggis, Peter Morgan, Patrick Marber, John Logan) and behind the camera (Martin Campbell, Marc Forster, Sam Mendes) has continued to beef up as well with a combined two Oscar wins, ten nominations, four BAFTA wins and a whopping sixteen nominations on their shoulders. To say Bond is upping its game is a vast understatement. And with this early commitment from Craig, the new arc designed for this legendary character can continue to take us toward what has truly become Bond 2.0. I for one am excited!
Craig is repped by CAA and Independent Talent Group.
