He befriends and falls for Berry’s character, a tough protective mother. When the riots explode, he helps her track down her kids through the violence.
Vincent Maraval of Insiders is selling the film with CAA handling domestic. Charles Gillibert is set to produce.
Craig was recently cast in Steven Soderbergh’s ensemble heist film Logan Lucky. He is also starring in the Todd Field-directed Showtime series Purity based on the Jonathan Franzen novel and produced by Scott Rudin.
Berry is set to star opposite Michael Douglas in the Adrian Lyne-directed Silence and can be seen next in action sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle with Taron Egerton, Colin Firth, Channing Tatum and Julianne Moore.
