Delroy Lindo is set to join Edgar Ramirez and Luke Bracey in the Warner Bros. POINT BREAK remake. Based on the 1991 film of the same name, the remake is set in the world of international extreme sports and follows the story of Utah, an undercover FBI agent who is tasked with infiltrating a crime ring. Lindo will play Utah’s instructor who pushes him to pass his training.
Lindo has been involved in projects of every genre, from crime/thrillers like “Ransom” and “Gone in Sixty Seconds,” to voicing Beta from Pixar’s “Up.” Lindo also plays Dr. Milton Winter in the NBC drama “Believe.” Next up for Lindo are roles in the Greg Francis thriller “Poker Night” with Giancarlo Esposito and drama “Bury Me Standing” alongside Kerry Washington and Alfre Woodard.
