Dominic Cooper is in talks to join DRACULA (previously called “Dracula: Year Zero”) opposite Luke Evans and possibly Sarah Gadon. Story will explore the origin of Dracula, weaving vampire mythology with the true history of Prince Vlad the Impaler, depicting Dracula as a flawed hero in a tragic love story set in a dark age of magic and war.
Producing will be Michael De Luca, while Gary Shore directs from a script by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless.
Cooper was last seen in “Dead Man Down” and will next be seen in “Summer in February”.
