Dominic West Turns Villain In “Money Monster”

Dominic West has signed on to star opposite George Clooney, Julia Roberts and Jack O’Connell in TriStar Pictures’ drama MONEY MONSTER. The drama follows a man, who has lost all his money in the stock market by following the advice of a Wall Street TV host, as he takes the money adviser hostage on live television. 

West plays the CEO of the company whose stock dropped. When he finds out about the hostage situation, it becomes apparent that he is complicit in his company’s fall.

Jodie Foster is directing from a script penned by Jamie Linden, Jim Kouf, and Alan DiFiore.

While in between seasons of Showtime’s hit drama, The Affair, West is at work voicing a character for Pixar’s much buzzed about Finding Dory. The Golden Globes nominee has also recently wrapped the role of Ernest Hemingway on the set of his upcoming film Genius. 

West is repped by WME and Tavistock Wood Management.
