Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy and Ty Burrell have all joined the cast of FINDING DORY. The project is a sequel to 2003’s “Finding Nemo” and in an interesting change up the parents are the ones being sought after, not the child. The story will follow Dory’s quest to find her parents. Keaton and Levy will voice the parents, while Burrell will voice a young Beluga whale.
Victoria Strouse wrote the script that has Andrew Stanton returning to the director’s chair. Lindsey K Collins will produce.
Keaton was last in “The Big Wedding” and will next appear in “And So It Goes.” Levy last appeared in “Madea’s Witness Protection” and (of course) “American Reunion.” Burrell is best known for “Modern Family” and will next appear in “Muppets Most Wanted” and “Skeleton Twins.”
Levy and Burrell are repped by ICM, while Keaton is at WME.
