Douglas Smith is set to star in indie drama EVAN’S CRIME. The project centers on Evan, an average college student who is busted after a small amount of drugs and money are found in his room. Evan sees his life and future destroyed by an ambitious prosecutor and, after he’s released seven years later, vows revenge on the man who put him away. Sandy Tung wrote and is directing the project, which also stars David Arquette.
Smith was recently cast in Paramount’s upcoming reboot of “Terminator” alongside Emilia Clarke and Arnold Schwarzenegger, but his best known role up to this point has been as Ben Henrickson on HBO’s “Big Love.” Smith has also starred in family flick “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters” and horror “Stage Fright.”
