Emory Cohen and Bel Powley have joined the cast of DETOUR. From writer/director Christopher Smith, the thriller follows a young law student who, while grieving for his dying mother, struggles to decide whether or not if he should kill his unfaithful step-father. Tye Sheridan stars as Harper, the young man who suspects his stepfather (True Blood star Stephen Moyer) of causing the car crash that fatally injured his mother.
Cohen will next be seen in the crime thriller Vincent-N-Roxxy with Emile Hirsch and Zoë Kravitz and the dramatic western By Way of Helena with Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson. He is repped by CAA and Harvest Talent Management.
Powley will co-star in director Drake Doremus217; sci-fi thriller Equals, a futuristic love story set in a world where emotions have been eradicated. She will also be seen in Girls217; Night Out with Sarah Gadon and Emily Watson. She is repped by UTA and Schachter/Brown.
