Ethan Hawke has joined the cast of the MAGNIFICENT SEVEN remake, and will star alongside Denzel Washington.
The film will pair the actors with Training Day director Antoine Fuqua once again, with Chris Pratt and Hailey Bennett set to co-star.
The story follows seven gunslingers that protect a Mexican village from a group of outlaws. The original 1960 film of the same title was a remake of the Japanese film Seven Samurai.
Hawke recently received his second Oscar nomination for Richard Linklater’s Boyhood, and will star in the upcoming thriller Regression with Emma Watson.
Hawke is repped by CAA and MGMT Entertainment.
