Ewan McGregor in in talks to star opposite Amand Seyfried in a recent John Cusack-vacated role in the upcoming thriller THE BULLET. The project, which centers on a man only known as “The Clockmaker” who devises the ultimate plot of revenge against a seemingly random group of people by manipulating them to kill one another, is eyeing a late-Summer 2011 start. Patrick Alessandrin, who recently exited the dormant “Kane & Lynch” project at Lionsgate is on board to direct.
McGregor, who was most recently seen in “I Love You Phillip Morris” and “Ghost Writer” will next be seen in the upcoming satirical adaptation “Salmon Fishing in the Yemen” and Focus Features “Beginners”.
