“Ex Machina” Star Alicia Vikander In Talks To Join Michael Fassbender In “Assassin’s Creed”

is currently in talks to star opposite Michael Fassbender in the ASSASSIN’S CREED film. Based on the hit Ubisoft video game series, the story follows an assassin caught between two secret organizations with different ideologies who have influenced major historical events. The project has been in development since 2011. It was previously set at Sony, but is now being made at 20th Century Fox. Inception star Marion Cottilard is also attached to the project. Production is set for the Fall, with a December 21st, 2016 release date targeted.

Known for her breakout role in Ex Machina, Vikander has starred in the film Seventh Son and The Royal Affair. She will be seen in the upcoming Guy Ritchie film The Man From U.N.C.L.E. later this year.

  1. Fassbender doing the Fassbender thing: thinking with his “head”. What a dick move dude, thought you were more mature. I wasn’t going to watch this film anyway, writers suck. If Cotillard was smart, she would leave this project as soon as possible.
