〉 A Watched Man marks the first major spec sale for writer Armour.
Rabid Dogs director Eric Hannezo is set to direct A WATCHED MAN, an original screenplay from up-and-comer Sam Armour. James Harris and Mark Lane will produce through their Tea Shop & Film Company.
Details of the story are being kept under wraps, however it has been described as a dramatic thriller that is tonally in the vein of Syrianna meets A Most Wanted Man.
France-based Hannezo is the writer, director and producer of Rabid Dogs, the 2015 update of Mario Bava’s heist thriller I Cani Arrabbiati. He is also the producer of the 2013 documentary on Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld, Mademoiselle C.
This marks the first major spec sale for Armour, who is based in London. The Tea Shop & Film Company is currently in production with numerous projects, including the thriller I Am Not a Serial Killer and the drama Romans.
Armour is repped by Jon Kanak of Kanak Management.
