Female-Led “Nice Guys” Series Adaptation in the Works at Fox

Fox is developing a female-led series adaptation of Russell Crowe-Ryan Gosling film , Tracking Board has confirmed.

Additionally, Fox is also developing a reboot of True Lies, which would mark three similar hour-long action comedy for the network.

The model of rebooting action comedies for is certainly thriving at the moment, with The Nice Girls the latest in- project, joining Starsky and Hutch at Sony and Amazon and Miami Vice at NBC. ABC is also developing a female-led reboot of Greatest American Hero, but as a half-hour comedy.
