Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Ryan Gosling and Michael Pena are officially on board for Warner Bros.’ GANGSTER SQUAD, with Anthony Mackie still in talks, director Ruben Fleischer confirmed recently. The Will Beall-scripted period crime-thriller, centers on the 1940s LAPD unit set up with the sole intention of fending off the growing influence of the East Coast Mafia. Dan Lin and Kevin McCormick are producing.
