Giancarlo Esposito has joined the cast of Greg Francis’s POKER NIGHT.
Story focuses on a rookie detective who wakes to find himself strapped to a chair in a basement where a faceless serial killer tortures him both physically and mentally. Esposito will play A.J. Bernard, but not necessarily the detective being tortured. The cast also includes Delroy Lindo, Ron Perlman, Titus Welliver, Ron Eldard and Beau Mirchoff.
Producing will be Corey Lange and Alan Pao.
Esposito, best known for “Breaking Bad” and Spike Lee Joint’s “Do The Right Thing” and “School Daze”, is currently starring in NBC’s “Revolution” and was last seen on the silver screen in “Alex Cross”. Next on the slate for him is drama “Certainty”, awaiting release.
