In today’s other Chris-Pratt-adjacent news, Haley Bennett has reportedly landed the female lead in THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN opposite Pratt and Denzel Washington. Directed by Antoine Fuqua for MGM, the western follows a sharp-shooting widow who hires a bounty hunter and a team of wanted criminals to avenge her husband’s death and take back the town from the ruthless grip of a tyrannical mine owner.
The film marks a reunion for Bennett with Washington and Fuqua having just starred in Fuqua-directed The Equalizer with Washington. She recently completed filming on The Blunderer, a thriller successful young man’s life unravels when his wife is found dead at the bottom of a cliff starring Jessica Biel and Patrick Wilson.
