The CW’s hit show THE FLASH has added Harry Potter alum Tom Felton to its cast as a series regular for season three. Felton will play Julian Dorn, a fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department who suspects there’s more to Barry Allen than just his good guy reputation.
Felton joins the Greg Berlanti drama shortly after star Grant Gustin confirmed that the show will be taking on a variation of the DC Comics Flashpoint storyline, which deals with the alternate timeline created after The Flash goes back in time to save his mother from being killed. Season three premieres on October 3rd.
Felton is best known for his role as Draco Malfoy in the eight Harry Potter films. He also appeared in 2011’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes and this year’s historical drama Risen. He recently finished shooting Megan Leavey, the Iraq war drama starring Kate Mara, and will next be seen on the big screen in A United Kingdom starring David Oyelowo.
