Heather Morris and Meredith Hagner have both joined the cast of FOLK HERO & FUNNY GUY. The indie comedy follows a struggling stand-up comic who hits the road as the opening act for his childhood buddy, a successful singer-songwriter. Morris will star as Nicole and Hagner will play Bryn. They join the film’s leads, Wyatt Russell and Alex Karpovsky. Jeff Grace will write and direct.
Morris notably made waves with her standout performance on Fox’s Glee. She’ll next star in the film Most Likely to Die.
Hagner has starred in several indie films and has had multiple guest appearances on several tv series. She recently starred on TBS’ Men at Work. She’ll next star in Woody Allen’s next film, which is currently untitled.
