Jason Blum and M. Night Shyamalan are teaming up again, and James McAvoy is on board. After the immediate success of The Visit, earning over ten times its budget in just a few weeks, the horror-loving producer and the twist-master director have another project on the books.
The plot of the film is under wraps as of right now, but with the people in charge, odds are it won’t be a rom-com. Although that would be pretty interesting to see.
McAvoy has joined after discussions with former Shyamalan player Joaquin Phoenix fizzled. McAvoy is having a busy year with Victor Frankenstein premiering next month and having just finished shooting the hugely anticipated X-Men: Apocalypse. He is repped by UTA and United Agents.
