Jean Reno has signed on to star in the upcoming assassin-thriller, I, ALEX CROSS. Tyler Perry, Matthew Fox and Ed Burns are also set to star alongside Reno. The pic, scripted by Marc Ross and helmed by Rob Cohen, follows Detective Alex Cross (Perry) as he crosses paths with an assassin (Fox) who viciously murdered his pregnant wife, after Cross thwarts one of his assassination attempts years earlier.
QED partners Bill Block and Paul Hanson are producing, with Steve Bowen, Leopoldo Gout, James Patterson and Lloyd Levin executive producing.
Reno is repped by ICM and Gateway Management Company.
