Actor, dancer, singer, and former American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez is adding more to her resume with a yet-to-be-titled legal drama in development at CBS. Lopez is attached to serve as executive producer of the series from Michael Rauch.
The story follows polar opposite identical twin brothers who duke it out in their personal lives but are at their best teaming up in the courtroom. Rauch, who wrote the pilot, will also executive produce alongside Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Daniel A. Thomas under Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions banner. CBS Television Studios and Universal Television are set to co-produce.
Lopez is currently in production for the second season of Shades of Blue, which she also executive produces with Goldsmith-Thomas. Also on her EP slate is The Fosters which is in its fourth season on Freeform. She recently lent her voice to the animated feature Ice Age: Collision Course.
