Jerry Bruckheimer TV Signs Overall Deal With CBS Studios

has signed a three-year overall deal with CBS Studios, coming on the heels of the super- uprooting his from Warner Bros. more than a year ago. Bruckheimer also produced the network’s Training Day series, though that was canceled after the death of star Bill Paxton in February

Bruckheimer has a long history with CBS as well, being the behind the network’s CSI franchise and Amazing Race series.

Upon leaving WBTV, Bruckheimer had expressed a desire to team up with independent financiers, but has landed back in the system after being unable to find the right fit for his company.

The company’s , led by Jonathan Littman, will remain with the company in its new home.

Bruckheimer has Fox’s Lucifer, a WBTV series, and CBS’ Amazing Race, heading into new seasons. The company also recently sold drama Atlanta’s Most Wanted to Fox, via 20th Century .
