Fox has put in a series order for comedy pilot GRANDFATHERED, starring John Stamos and Josh Peck. The show will feature Stamos as an aging bachelor that finds out on the same day that he is both a father and a grandfather. Peck will play Stamos’ surprise son, an unemployed techie with a two-year-old daughter, who is the result of a one night stand. The comedy is a single camera format.
Stamos is also set to appear in the upcoming Full House continuation Fuller House. The series is set for 2016, with many original cast members on board.
Peck has recently been seen in The Wedding Ringer, and is best known for his role on the Nickelodeon sitcom Drake and Josh. He is set to appear in the upcoming Sci-Fi film The Labyrinth.
