Key and Peele aren’t wasting any time after ending their successful sketch comedy show. Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele have set up a single-camera comedy series at Fox that stars Vine celebrity King Bach, AKA Andrew Bachelor. Former Key & Peele writer/producer Alex Rubens has written the show and will executive produce alongside Key and Peele.
The show, which is loosely based on one of King Bach’s Vines, follows Bachelor’s character, an undercover cop, as he goes back to his old neighborhood to take down the criminals that bullied him as a child.
Key and Peele have been extremely busy since their hit sketch show ended. In addition to this new show, they have been working on a reboot of Police Academy and adapting their “Substitute” sketch into a feature film. They are repped by Principato-Young. Key is also repped by UTA.
